Introducing Chris Thorne ....... an emerging Artist of note.

Chris is a very special human being of inspirational character with an abundance of good nature.

"Mother Theresa in a big blokey body" as I describe him, for his amazing work with drug rehabilitation patients

and sexually abused children to name a few of the many people he helps on a daily basis.

Of Aboriginal decent Chris should be an Elder but tragically is unable to track his forefathers as he was abandoned as a child. Through great hardship, trouble and torment, Chris Thorne has rebuilt his life to now be a leader within the community. His experience and direct honesty grabs the attention and respect of those who need his help.

His art is indigenous and mostly retraces the dreamtime and spiritual side of early Australia Art. He is developing a name for his works on canvas and also his sculptures.

These pieces are just a hint at some of the great work he is creating.

Once I sit down with Chris I will fill in a profile and some of the background story of these works. They all have a story of great interest .
